V. Working Principle of Belt Dryer

1. The materials are uniformly fed on the mesh-belt by material feeder. The mesh-belt uses generally 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net and it is drawn and moved inside the drier by a transmission device.
2. The belt dryer is composed of several units. For each unit, hot air is circulated separately. Part of damp tail air will be exhausted by fan, tail air is controlled by valve.
3. Hot air passes through the mesh-belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top, and this will complete the heat and mass transfer process.
4. Th speed of belt drying equipment is adjustable. The top and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to customer's requirement. The unit number can be slected according to te demand.
