III.Working principle and process :

1.Material come from belt conveyor and then into the storage of wood pellet machine,screw conveyor feed material automaticllly to the pellet forming chamber

2.In the forming chamber of wood pellet machine,two gear and mold help to form and press pellet,Gear rotate to press pellet come out surround.

3.Automatic cutting machine arround the mold ,which can cut pellet automaticly,it can also adjust the length of pellet .

4.During the process ,the oil supply device can lubricate the gear and mold.

Function :Three rubber tube ,two tube lubricate the two gear ,one lubricate the berings ,make sure the machine has a continuous working situation.Also it with time delay ,which can control lubrication.With high accuracy time realay ,which you can adjust time according to the working time.
