SKJ550 Whole Pellet mill line

The pellet making line can make pellets from sawdust, straw, stalk, thin wood chip and other biomass materials,etc. It collects the whole steps frome wood to pellet and packing.

Included machines in the pellet line are as follows:

1) wood crusher,

2) Dryer,

3) Conveyor

4) Pellet mill,

5) Hoisting machine,

6) Cooler,

7) Dust collector,

8) Packing machine,

9) Electrical cabinet.

The moisture content of the raw materials is about 10-15% and the diameter of raw materials is about 2-3mm.According to the materials of clients, we can choose the proper machines for the line. It can make 6mm-30mm sawdust pellets or biomass pellets.

The technological process is successive, every unit performance is good, the aircrew structure is compact, Occupancy area is small, the energy consumption is low, it is convenient to operate it and maintain.
