Oven’ liner and front are made of stainless steel to make sure of the cleanness and sanitation. The high efficient power-saving technology minimizes the heat loss. During the baking, hot air convection combines with the slow rotation car to make sure parts of the food heating evenly. There is also moist spray device ensures the food meet with the humidity of food standards. The oven is equipped with a lighting system so that you can clearly observe the baking process through the glass door.
