The machine tool produced by our company, whose bearing capacity is 18t. belongs to general one of muti-function series, with the feature of high accuracy, high reliability, high rigidity, precision manufacturing as well as beautiful appearance, the machine tool can be used for rough or finish machining of metal or non-metal as well as turning of end faces, excircles and inner holes of workpieces, moreover, it can also achieve turning operations as short taper, metric, BPS and module threads with the motor-driven upper tool rest individually. 4 Machine main part:

Machine bed

Due to the mixing arrangement of V-flat guideways, the machine bed is endowed with an excellent technology.

Headstock

The spindle, with its 240mm front diameter, has feature of high rigidity and high accuracy.

Tailstock

Double tightening construction adapted has high loading, high rigidity and turning accuracy. The right side hand wheel operated easily has a 1:25 speed change construction, and has an inner rotational centre, the tailstock is equipped with rotating and fixing conversion devices, the motor-driven tailstock, whose sleeve diameter is 260mm and stroke is 250mm, motor-driven moving alohas the backward preventing security mechanism and sleeve force-measuring mechanism.

Chuck

The standard configuration of machine tool of the series is manual-operated checks with diameters of 1250, 1400, 1600, 1800mm; chucks are made of casting steel materials with static balance technology.

Feed box & Slide box

For this part, we will totally adopt CT series which are fairly mature and reliable products of our company. The boxes are driven by electromagnetic clutches of simple structure and high reliability, which makes it very convenient for maintenance; meanwhile, the cross handle switches also provide us a compatible operation.

Tool rest of the saddle

For each series, it is endowed with the function of automatic feed, it can easily realized the longitudinal and cross feed. The four-working-position rest can rapidly change tools and clamps them accordingly.

Cooling and chip disposing system

The standard configuration of the machine will adopts chip pan for chip disposal. The cooling box will be separated from the main set to avoid the machine accuracy being affected by heart caused by cutting. The system will adopt home-made cooling pump, and the cooling box will be installed in trench.
