Automatic wet wipe folding machine can unroll raw material→slit fabric into lanes→fold→wetting→cut in size→output wet wipe. All these processes are completed on the machine,the production speed is high.

4.Note: The working process : (The Full-auto Packing System)

Unrolling packing film→Printing date→Punching window hole on packing film→Sticking label on window hole→feeding on the convey belt→Centre sealing→End sealing andcutting→Output finished products.

Remark:It is not full automatic production line, for these two machines need man to transfer the wet tissue from making machine to packing machine. The operation is very easy. What are the pieces you want to make, just setting on the folding machine.

The cover of machineand the parts which had touched with the wetting is made by stainless steel or stainless material, the machine is beautiful and the products is sanitary, wetting on line, it leads the product uniformly, auto-counting, for easier packing. It is easy to change the material, auto-stop when the material is use up
