This casting bench can cast Basins with a simple base plate change to roller cradle. suggested mould capacity 50 easily cast twice per day in 8 hour cycle.

All casting systems can be supplied with manual slip feed or fully automated to the demould sequence. Slip supply tanks are optional as is the degree of demoulding automation.

Clay-piece is automatically purged for a preset period to firm hollow sections of the cast ware thus preventing distortion on demoulding.

Optional and unique is our slip meet dispersing system which on conventional systems often leads to distortion after firing and additional cracking.

Wc of one piece pan design, Back to Wall pan, Boxed Rim pan, Open rim pan and Wall mounted pan can all be produced on our machines.

Mixed design Wc are also capable of being produced on one line to a suggested machine length to hold 26 moulds.

Machines are usually supplied as two complementing bays and are usually cast twice per day in an 8 hour working day leading to a potential production of 104 Wc pans per day.

In most cases neither mould nor clay piece needs to be physically lifted with the exception of small loose peices

We are able to offer support either from UK or at factory premise for any modification required to Mould, Block, Case or model. It is our intention to use with as little modification as possible customers own existing moulds.
