Transmission Mechanism is mainly composed of motor equipped with normally closed electromagnetic brake ,coupling, worm reducer, driving gear, back wheel, anti-dropping safety device and transmission base plate.

Transmission mechanism is installed inside or on the top of the cage, which is in elastic connection with the cage via rubber block to ensure the stable lifting and braking. It aims to facilitate the upward and downward movement of cage along the mast through engagement between driving gear and rack on the mast under the drive of motor.

The motor selected is of YZEJ132M-4 three-phase asynchronous type for construction hoist. It is provided with such functions as smooth start-up and braking as well as auto-compensation for friction pair clearance. The rated revolution of the motor is 1,395r/min; whereas the braking moment of the brake is 120N.M

The motor can be normally used as the following conditions:

2.1 Environment air temperature should be no more than 40 degree C.

2.2 Elevation should be no more than 1000 meters

2.3 Relative humidity of ambient air should be no more than 85%

2.4 Rated frequency: 50Hz/60Hz.

2.5 Voltage rating: 380V/440V.
