the machine is suitable for producing a variety of cotton such as regenerative cotton,purified cotton,chemicsl fiber cotton,after opening and paving to process into a uniform cottton for thr next process.

• Usage and features: cotton carding Mchine is used for prosessing cotton fiber and chemical fiber etc .
• Structure:There are three parts constitute Carding Machine:

1.Pre-comb parts, including thecubing rolls, feed roller, the cotton board, mote knife , a small underscreen and other components;

2.main comb parts, including cylinder, cover board, card doffer and large under screen and other components;

3.rope-forming part: including stripping cotton roller, loudspeaker mouth, big compression roller and the coiler and other components .

• How it works:Its working principle is supplying the the cotton or fiber with cotton box which is sent by the front procudure to loosen them and get rid of impurities.
