This machine is applied to use coal powder and agricultural waste to produce honeycomb briquette for burning, it is equipped with different molds so that the finished production can be various shapes, such as round, square, etc. Also we can produce mold according to your requirement.

The honeycomb briquette size and shapes can be made according to customers’ requirement by changing the molds.

Raw Material Information:

a. raw material: any kind of coal and charcoal powder

b. raw material diameter: less than 3mm

c. raw material moisture content: 8-15%

d. add different binder according to your raw material and final briquettes requirements.(liquid and dry powder binder).

Usage of the coal briquettes:

The coal briquettes can be used to cook and heat in family, hotel, restaurant, bath center and so on. It can save cost and energy, and have the advantage of small pollution to the environment.

How to choose a honeycomb briquette machine

Take FM125A for example: FM125A means the max diameter of the briquettes that the machine can produce is 125mm, we can change the mold to adjust the diameter of the final products. We can make many different sizes of molds according to request. Usually the height of the briquettes is 70-90mm, can be adjusted according to request. Many different shapes are available, mainly coal cake, honeycomb, cylindrical,square and so on.
