Counting machine

Brief introduction

The counting machine is mainly used in medical, food and chemical industries. It can automatically count tablet,capsule and pills. The equipment can work with other machines as a production line.

The transmission wheel is driven by the main drive motor through triangular belt. The stepless speed regulation controls the speed. It can adjust the speed of falling tablets. Counting plate adopts FM AM and eccentric swing device to meet the plates automatic filling and counting. The plates have two separate FM motor to adjust the vibration frequency of the plates. The amplitude adjustment range of plates will be widely ,the working speed is stable and reduce the phenomenon of filling with lack of tablets. These are controlled by the inverter. The conveyor belt is equipped with photoelectric switch. When lack of bottle, the host automatically stop. So it does not occur the phenomenon that no bottle still fill. The machine can be linked with other machines as a production line. If the bottle can’t stand on the belt, then use the tube bottle counting machine.
