(1). May I know what kind of material you want to press?

Briquetting machine is applicable for making coal/coke/charcoal powder, iron powder, iron ore fine, mill/iron scale, cast iron powder/borings, metal scrap chips, other mineral powder, refractory materials, ferrous and non ferrous Turning and chips.

(2) Kindly let me know the size of the powder/ fine?
Normally, the required size of raw material should be like dust or small chips, the size had better less than 3mm. A clear picture of the material would be highly appreciated.

(3) Could you let me know your capacity? 1-30 t/h.

(4) Please let me know the briquette size that you want? 50mm diameter or other.

(5) What is the final use of the briquette? To melt or heat function.

About the briquette production line and its Peripheral equipments, we also supply:
1) Vertical crusher
Application: Crush the raw material for mixing
2) Double shaft mixer
Application: Mixing the raw material for feeding
3)Box rationing feeder
Application: Constant feeding material powder to briquette machine
4) Belt conveyor
Application: Deliver the materiall between different process
5) Vibrating screen
Application: Briquettes with suitable size will be transferred to be discharged. The others with unsuitable size and powder will be screened from vibrating screen, then will be transferred to the vertical crusher through belt conveyor, this forms a closed circuit manifold cycles.
6) Vertical dryer for drying the final products
