candy,chews,Shaquma(a kind of Chinese pastry).

Introduction

The speed may be adjusted according.The motor speed is controlled by an
inverter,The products size may also be adjusted.Slab Former
Universal slab former for all belt speeds.specially suited for all low boiled
sugar and foam materials,with lr without the inclusion of nuts,fruits,
crisped,etc,for all high boiled sugar materials(crocant,brittle)
and also for all cereals with a sugar or fat binding agent(Granola and Muesli type)
Rope Slitting and Spreading Station
Aperlected design with large rotary slitting knives and a rope spreadef,
which prevents the ropes from sticking together.The following are
Included, conveyor belt for the edge trimmings mechanical knife scraper
and plastic hold-down device-easily removable for cleaning, it is possible
to change to a diferent product width without difficulty
Guillotine Cross Cutting
Cutting to product length takes place with a knife follower system on a
rotating anvil roller.Hold-down rollers on both sides of the knife ensure
good product alignment. Optimum accessibility for cleaning is proveded by
retractable nose bars and a macrolon cover,which can be raised
pneumatically

Guillotine and Speed-Up Conveyor
The cut length is adfustable in 0.lmm steps and is displnyed digitally,It is
synchronized with the working speed of the feed conveyor,The normal
range of cut lengths is from 20 to 200mm. After thegulllotlne,the rows of
pfoducts are separated by a speed-up conveyor
