Introduction

This high-end mill can produce superfine powder and coarse powder as well.

Features:

1, special air-in gate designed, with special angle, and plate,with more than 10 years modification according to the customers’ suggestion.So the air will come in with more proper angle. This is a small point, but with many years watch and experience to do the modification.

2,screw conveyor or belt feeder to feed the raw material, controlled by frequency converter,the feeding is much more stable than the vibrating feeder.

3, no small fixing parts inside the main mill, toavoid the small parts fall down into the mill to damage the mill, with so many years experience

4, all anti-wearing parts are produced themselves.And all wearing parts which need casting, casted in their own casting factory with secrete formula, and heat treatment 2 times. All heat treatment done by themselves with advanced 5 heat treating machine. For calcium carbonate, nearly 3 years, no need change any roller, ring, and disk,

5, for all main parts in the main mill,there is a unique series number casted in the parts, so it is very easy to track that which worker produced unqualified parts.So the processing is controlled. And it will help them to do after sales service more easily.

6, special designed with the raw material distributing plate upper the first layer of the rollers,to distribute the raw material very evenly to grind, with so many years experience from the customers.

7, for the 28 rollers, divided with 4 layers, with different quantity of rollers in each 2 layers. And pins position is different.So the material will grind from coarse to fine gradually and fall down fluently. It takes care the 2 points with this design that: material will be grinded with more efficiently with energy saving; and the material fall down more fluently, will not block the falling of the material.

8, off-line clear dust in dust catcher,longer life bag, and more efficient to clear dust. All parts and electric parts of the dust catcher is upper quality.
