Fluid Powered Fuel Additive Injection Systems

TheFluid Powered Fuel Additive Injection Systems will automatically and accurately dispense diesel fuel additives to the bulk fuel storage tank at each fueling with no operator input. This virtually eliminates the handling objection and creates an affordable solution for both small and large operations.

The injector is installed directly in the fluid (diesel) line using no electricity, only fluid pressure as the power source. Fluid is then driven through a pressurized system consisting of polymer gears sealed with patented elastomer wipers. The gears then turn a bearing supported crank assembly with a reciprocating suction mechanism (dosage piston). This draws a preset amount (lower end setting) of chemical from an open container into the injector. The amount of chemical will be directly proportional to the volume of fluid entering the injector, regardless of variations in flow or pressure.
