Cable Machine-Rigid Frame Stranding Machine

1.Instruction:
This machine is used for sector stranding and compacting of copper or AL comductor, drawing and compacting of round conductor, sector or perspire sector conductor. It can meet with the international advanced level.

2. Main Components:

Pay off stand, cage, loading device, compacting device or prespire and compacting device, taping device, meter counter, dual capstan, take up, transmission system, electric control system and safety fencing.

3. Main features:

• The reels are arranged quartering around the stranding cages. The central shaft does not bear the reels.
• High rigid, high performance, high speed and low inertia.
• Driven by 36-stage variable gear-box, dual hauling and dual active device. Natural wire distribution avoids abrasion damage when stranding.
• The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling every reel. As soon as any wire breaks, the entire machine will automatically stop at once.
• Ensuring supplement after any wire breaking, especially suitable for power cables and high compacted cross linking cables producing.
