3. work procedures:

(1) will be installed on the paper cutting paper frame, adjust the left and right spacing block, locking the limiting block screw. Then with a special spanner lock cylinder.

(2) the paper frame paper by paper guide rod, platform, and the paper stick, first adjust the guide paper stick around the positioning piece, the second step adjustment on the platform to guide, paper in the paper guiding roller guide rail, platform inner limit.

(3) adjustable blade for cutting blade size, by a screw positioning tool M6, the blade moves up and down, left and right are not allowed to swing,

(4)need to put a strip between each blade, layering by former platform limit rod has been inserted into the paper before the stick, keep paper cutting of smooth, uniform input cutting.

(5) paper stick around for adjusting the upper hand feeding parallelism, parallel consistent regulation after locking wheel nuts down, then press the control panel on the motor starting switch, adjust the motor speed control button, so that the paper transport supply printer lattice, speed synchronously with the printer.

(6)when the paper conveying down, such as infrared switch paper blocking to cut in front of, paper will stop feeding, not blocking the contrary, pay attention to cutting and printer two machines can not get too close, such as too near infrared will not work
