Base machine with 4 sets of clamp and different sizes inserts, 2 hydraulic cylinders. It can be moved from the bottom for in-ditch use. It can realize pipe to pipe and pipe to fitting welding easily.

Facer drived by electric motor to mill the pipe ends. It is attached to the spindle on the base machine.

Base machine equipped with wheels easy for transportation.

Hydraulic control unit is on the base machine,it adopts the USA hydraulic 3-phase control habit.It is divided into 3 parts:facing,heating and welding.

Flange stub holder to clamp the flange stub.

Storage Shelf and Electric Control Box which has voltmeter, temperature controller, emergency stopper, sockets for facer, heater and hydraulic unit.

Heater coated with Teflon which guarantee the high quality fusion. Intelligence Temperature Controller on the electric control box can control the temperature precisely. It can be placed in the storage shelf when it is free.
