Application and features

Used in any complex work condition, industrial fields and workshop, suitable for welding of plastic pipes and/or fittings made of PE,PB,PP, & PVDF.

It consists of frame, planing tool, heating plate, hydraulic unit, support, and alternative additional spare parts, etc.

1. Frame has four main clamps which are made of aluminium alloy material, having a simple structure. Detaching device is especially designed to break off melted pipes end from the heating plate on the expiry of heating up.

2. Removable heating plate surface is coated with high quality non-stick PTFE, with independent high accurate digital temperature controller.

3. Electrical planing tool (Trimmer) with safe mechanical lock enables it to start only when it is located in operation position. Planing tool is made of lightweight and high strength materialtooling steel, its double sharpen blade can be shift using. Specially designed with a clamp opening angle of 45^o

4. Hydraulic unit is composed of large easy reading pressure meter, accumulator, pressure regulating valve, swing check valve, high pressure hoses and quick joint nozzle. It adopts international advanced compact structure, cylinder seal ring and quick joint nozzle all use imported brand parts, low starting pressure hold, user-friendly.

Separate two-channel timer records times in soaking and cooling phases, warns in the end .High-accurate and shockproof pressure meter indicates legible readings.

5. Support: Steel stand for trimmer& heating plate with location pin protects heating plate during carrying.
