Multi-functional Busbar Machine BM303-S-3-8P

1.The punching unit has turret tooling library,it maximally can hold 8(punch and embossing )dies or 7 punch dies and 1emossing die;

2.The Bend Unit adopts overall structure,angular CNC method, operation is simple and high accuracy;

3.The Shear Unit adopts circular overall structure,its design is new and unique,proper stress,which can guaranree long time usage without deformation;

4.The machine adipts dual layer platforms design scneme,three units can be operated at the same time without disturbing each other.

5.The machine is equipped with auto refueling and draining system ,the operation is simple and convenient,the hydraulic oil enters oil tank through the filter,which can protect the whole hydraulic system from any contamination;

6.The machine adots stainless steel oil tank,which can guarantee no corrosive degeneration of the hydraulic oil and extend the usage life span of hydraulic oil and each sealing parts;

Punching Unit

It can finish round hole punch,oblong hole punch, square hole punch and embossing etc through changing of dies.

Shearing Unit

It adopts punching shearing method, and the verticality of the end surface is guaranteed, no deformation of the workpiece, and the end surface is bright and good appearance.

Bending Unit

Plain bending, vertical bending, elbow pipe bending, connecting terminal and copper bar bending etc can be carried out via changing of die. The die is simple and easy to change.
