Wire mesh welding machine

1.This machine adopts PLC&HMI control system, very easy to operate.

2.The longitude wires are fed from wire coils (2-4mm). The cross wires are fed from wire coils (2-3mm) and should be pre-straightened and pre-cut (2.5-4mm).

3.This machine is specially used for building constructiom. (It is one of the auxiliary equipments for 3D mesh panel machine.)

4.This machine is very accurate. The error of mesh length will not exceed 3mm, the error of opposite angle line will no exceed 5mm.

5.The machine adopts air cylinder to pull the longitude wires, weld the mesh and cut the mesh.
