Machine Introduction:

1.The steel bar mesh welding machine adopts Panasonnic PLC program and HMI control system, easy to operate with the touch screen design.

2.The synchronous control skill makes the welding times and separate welding controlled by computer.

3. The sending mesh system controlled by computer makes the mesh hole adjustable. You can input the distance of cross cross wires to computer, any opening size withinin range can be reach.

4.The fallen wire system can sends weft wires one by one automatically by the hopper, instead of putting wefts wires by manual work.

5.The welding torch adopts square copper, which can be used in many sides.

6.The mesh drawing system controlled by servo-motor adopting elastic tension and opening positioning mesh can drawing the mesh along with the welding time, which makes the mesh opening size more accurately.
