WZY-4200D4 automatic planetary direct printing line is made up of a two-position unwinder, planetary 4-color printer, hot air oven, corona device, two-position surface friction winder and electric control system, designed for printing on the surface of fabric such as plastic woven tarpaulin by roll to roll. This Line is well designed and easy for operation. It works with advanced process and in hi-automation.

It has the following:
1) With PLC and HMI
2) Printing on one side with 4 colors
3) Presses uniformly, registers accurately, letter and picture in focus
4) Printing plate is adjustable online with motor
5) EPC unwinding, tension control with magnetic clutch brake
6) Ink is circularly supplied by diaphragm pump. Fountain roller keeps
running when the line pauses
