1.Briquettes can bring you more money.

If you are on foundry, as we know, less surface on the briquettes, so the loss of briquettes as oxygen in the furnace is less, but the chips not pressed has a very high lost in the furnace as the oxygen. There is about 10% loss with chips not pressed directly remelt them in the furnace, but there is just about 1% loss with briquettes. If there is 200 tons cast iron chips producing one month, the customer can save 216 tons cast iron chips with our briquetting press one year, the cost of cast iron chips is about 300USD/T, so the customer can save 64,800.00USD one year with our briquetting press. It is to say, he can return back his investment on one set of Y83-160 briquetting press in half a year.
