1. Raw material preparation and storage
2. Ingredients, mixing, pouring
3. Static stop maintenance
4. Cutting section

1.Raw material preparation and storage

Usually we use the fly ash, cement, lump lime and any others to be our raw materials. For something like the fly ash and cement, we can use them directly for mixing without any crushing processing. But for others like the lump lime, before mixing evenly, some crushing and grinding equipments are needed, they are: Jaw crusher and Ball Mill. After processing of these two machines, the lime powder can be mixed into slurry. Chemicals in a certain proportion after artificial measurement, made certain density solutions, into in the tank is stored.
