General Introduction

LP series Bottle Unscrambler is developed and researched by Newamstar on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology and aiming at the trend of high speed and high capacity. Main features

1) Main motor reducer adopts torque limit structure, avoiding damaging the machine when error happens;

2) Adopt twice put-up unscrambling structure, ensuring bottle in every bottle-falling position and improving bottle outfeed efficiency;

3) Adopt neck-holding air conveyor, avoiding bottle falling;

4) Bad bottle eliminating device is equipped;

5) Bottle jam inspector will alarm when bottle blocking;

6) No bottle inspector can send work signal to elevator and elevator will supply bottle automatically;
