This series machine are connected with the juice filling line after juice filled and sealed in the plastic bottles.

In the machine running process, the bottles will be reversed as a 90 angle by the conveying board. By this step, the high temperature juice in the bottle will contact with the inner cap. By the high temperature from the juice, the inner cap and bottle neck can be sterilized. The sterilizing time of this machine can be controlled by the length of the whole machine. After sterilizing, the bottle will be reversed to the normal position and come into the conveying belt.
