The machine is used in ordering disordered polyester bottles. The disordered bottles are carried into the bottle storage section by bottle elevtor. With the help of the pushing force of the roating disk, the bottles entre their position. With the function of the turning bottle device and the air-flow, the bottles are orders into bottle stand-up position and are carried into the next process with the air-transfering type conveying system.

The machine adopts PLC control, production capacity is adjustable. The automatic eliminating device will effect when distortion bottle found.
