1.Brief introduction

HZS180 concrete batching plant is composed of batching and measuring system of aggregate, cement ,water ,additive ,mixing system ,electrical control system, image monitoring system, communication system and steal frame. It applies to large scale construction projects of road, bridge, dam, airport, sea port...and other places having large demand of concrete, like commercial ready-mixed concrete of city.

1)Adopting module combined structure, can have many organizing styles according to actual situation.

2)The mixing system adopts MAO3000 dual-axial compulsive mixer, with good quality and high efficiency.

3)The dosing of aggregate, cement, water and additive measures by electronic scale.

4)The electrical control system mainly adopts imported elements, functional, reliable, and convenient.

5)The design manly adopts national newest standard<GB/T9142-2000concrete mixer>,<GB10171-2005 concrete batching plant>and enterprise standard<Q/FJ011-1999HZS series concrete batching plant verification regulations> and so on.
