Texpert Bobbin Sorting Machine assists in the proper unidirectional arrangement of a random lot of disordered, unoriented bobbin tubes.

MECHANISM: -

The bobbin container is composed of a turntable partition, movable support and supporting guide rails . The turntable partition can block the bobbins and prevent them from disorientation while entering the bobbin container . The movable support can hold two bobbin containers , one of which can be moved to the other side when finished.

A separator is specially moulded to fit the Semi auto doffing machine’s basket . The doffing machines basket could be kept in the output area of the sorting machine , Once the basket is filled up with properly oriented bobbins it could be transferred over the auto doffing machine .
