Installation and operation

Step 1 Put up the power line (380V), please link the line with “L” to live line and the line “N” to the zero line. Then set up the time. “s” is short for”second” , “m” is short for”minutes”, “h” is short for”hour”. For example, 040m means 40 minutes.

Step 2 Remember to install a faucet above the machine, and keep the water dripping while the machine is on.

Step 3 Put the manufacturing objects into the machine and then press the start button.

Notes

1.Please don’t operate over the machine safety speed. Please wear necessary personal protection equipments.

2.Let it race for at least 1 minute, when the grinding wheel that is newly installed or not used for a long time. Please do not stand right in front of the grinding wheel.

3. As the grinding wheel is very brittle, please avoid the collision. Please keep it in the dry environment and put it on the flat surface.

4.Please operate according to the S.M.H.rules.

5.Make sure the shield is correctly installed before starting the machine.
