Hydraulic Overload Protecion System

When an overload occurs,the hydraulic overload

protector stop the press immediately in order to

protet the press and the die, whilst the oil inside the

hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil reservoir.To

reset the “overload”,the slide is inched to top dead

overload protection system and bring the press back

to operation ready status,in the event of jamming,the

problem can be solved by manually releasing the hydraulic pressure in hydraulic cylinder.
