HCY waste oil recycling machine detail report
1. According to customer’s needs: raw oil is black oil, obtains the new diesel oil
or the base oil. Taking the HCY—2 as the example, because the customers usually
first buy the HCY—2. The HCY—2, it can meet customer’s need, HCY—2, it
means the HCY waste oil recycling machine can process 2MT oil per day within 8
hours, the working principle for this machine is by distillation. It is one
comprehensive distillation machine; it can process many kinds waste oil, like the
waste engine oil, waste diesel oil, used motor oil, plastic oil, tyre oil, cooking oil
and so on. For the machine, it mainly has the flowing parts:
The filtration part:for this part is used to impurity the bigger impurity, it takes the
magnetic stainless steel filter. The stainless filter can use a long time. Through this
system, the big impurity in the waste oil can be separated from the oil.
The heating part: for the machine, it can use the diesel fuel as the fuel to heat the
machine, and it can also use the natural gas, customer can choose one way from the
two. For the heating process, it will not need any electricity. For the burner, it is made
in Italy, for the quality of the burner we can make sure for it.
The distillation part: for the distillation tanks takes the stainless steel as the material
to make, it can stand high temperature, and the life time for the distillation tank is
more than 10 years, the thickness of the tank is 16mm. For this part, it is mainly
used to separate the oil from the impurity and the chemicals. For some other customer
needs different kinds of new oil from the waste oil, it means the new oil will be
separated at different temperature, so the distillation machine has the temperature
control system, at one temperature, getting the diesel fuel oil, at another temperature
getting the engine oil; at some temperature get the gasoline. Trough this system, the
oil will become to be oil gas; the impurity will stay in the bottom of the distillation jar
and then goes to the cooling system.
The cooling system: for this part, it has a few water pipes and a water tank to reduce
the oil’s temperature. For the pipes is carbon steel. For the water tank’s capacity is
5MT.
The dehydrate part: for this part is used to dehydrate the water from the oil, through
this system, we can get new oil without water. It has a dehydration filter. It can
separate the water from the oil exactly.
The discoloring system: for this part, it will use the silica gel as the discoloring
material, for the silica gel, it can be reused again and again. And it is friendly to the
environment. For the discoloring tank is made from the carbon steel.
