Description of biomass wood pellet production line:

Our biomass wood pellet production line can presss high crude fiber biomass waste into good pellets. Especially it is fit for biomass waste from wheat straw, rice husk, coconut shell, palm fiber and palm shell, very hard wood etc. It may also be applicable to biological fertilizer, organic manure as well as fertilizer for low-temperature granulation.

General charactors for biomass wood pellet production line:

The biomass wood production line includes mainly many machines, not all of the machine is necessary. You can choose from the machines.

Step 1: Crusher-- It is used to crush the logs into sawdust.

Step2: Screw conveyor --It is used to transfer the powder to the dryer machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.

Step 3: Dryer--If the moisture of the powder is more than 12%. Then you can use this machine. During drying, the moisture of the material should be less than 50%. You also can choose to dry the sawdust naturally.

Step 4: Pellet machine--It is used to make the powder into pellets. The moisture of the powder should be from 13-16% for good working.

Step 5: Cooler-- It is used to cool and screen the final pellet.

Step 6: Lifting machine-- To transfer the pellet to the packing machine.you can also use man powder instead of this machine

Step 7: Packing machine--It is used to pack the pellets in bags.

Crusher: When the thickness of raw wood material is >10mm, and >50 * 50mm(L * W), we need use the Wood Chipper to chip them into small pieces, then crush the small pieces into wood powder with diameter less 5mm by Hammer Mill (Crusher).

Dryer:The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 15-20%. Our rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and biomass material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. The rotary dryer uses steam to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.
