Biomass hot air dryer

Introduction

Hot airflow type drier, also called pipeline type drier, adopting twice circulate heating system, is our newly advanced drying equipments, and shows the features of automatic feeding, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity. Moisture in the raw materials of less than 50% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.

Application:

This dryer is used to dry the grain, sawdust, etc small granular materials quickly with

higher capacity.

All the round pipes can be changed to any angle according to operation request which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

The whole system of drying machine consists of fan blower, motor engine, fuel boiler, steel pipe, cyclone and air lock.

Working principle:

In this system, wet material is put into the hopper. At the same time fuel furnace produces large volume of hot air, which is driven into steel pipes, mixed with wet sawdust and attracted through curving pipes and drying chamber by the power of fan blower. Fast moving hot air sustains and is mixed with raw material sent by spiral feeder in the suspending state through the steel pipe, and moisture evaporates as the material traverses along the steel pipe and is rendered dry at the discharge end.
