Composition:

1) Biomass dust dryer machine is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone.

2)working priciple:First, the wet materials are put into the hopper. Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

3) Biomass dust dryer machine reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.

Introduction:

1) ALC-I biomass powder dryer machine is proper for drying sawdust with moisture below 30%, and could dry them to 8-12%.

2) ALC-II is double fuel stove hot air dryer, and it could dry sawdust woth moisture netween 30% and 50%, final moisture could be reduced below 12%.
