1. This Biomass Briquette Screw Press equipped with automatic temperature control system are designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass.

2.. The motor can be 11kw/15kw/18.5kw-3phase-380v-50hz electrical driven motor. This machine can be operated 16 hours per day.

Main data:

The simple process for producing the charcoal briquettes is like this: 1. Crush the raw materials into small pieces(around
3MM diameter) by Crusher(Hammer Mill);

2. Dry the crushed materials by Dryer, make the crushed material's moisture content below 12%;

3. Put the dried materials into the briquette machine to make sawdust briquettes.

4. Put sawdust briquettes into the Carbonization Stove to change the sawdust briquettes into charcoal briquettes (final products, this step is for optional, if you do not need charcoal, no need to use this machine).

1. The input materials' shape for briquette machine should below diameter 3MM and moisture content around 12%.
2. Products' shape for biomass briquette machine: Hexagon shape, diamater 50-80MM with a hole inside, the hole's size is diameter 15MM, the length can be adjusted between 300MM to 700MM.
3. Feeding materials can be any plant powder, like sawdust, straw, Cashew Shell, corn stalk, coconut shell, etc. But the size should below diameter 3MM and moisture content around 12%.
4. Do not need any addition agent.
