Brief introduction:

1. Material selection of biomass briquette making machine:

1) Forestry waste: wood logs, wood branches, etc.

2) Agricultural waste: rice straw/stalk, bamboo, corn/cotton stalk, sugarcane, etc.

2. Precondition of raw materials: Moisture ≤12%, Size:≤ 5*5mm

3. Final briquettes: half-charcoal fuel briquettes with diameter as 50, 70, 80 mm.

4. Spare parts of biomass briquette making machine: Propeller, Forming Cylinder, Heating Collar, Taper Sleeve.

Charcoal briquette production process:

1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. (wood, wood branch, coconut shell, peanut

shell, rice husk, sunflower husk).

2. Dry the crushed materials to 8-12%.

3. Pressing raw material into briquette.

4. Make briquette carbonized in the carbonization stove.

5. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal.
