Advanced technology from home and abroad is fully studied and reasonably integrated into our technology and equipments of edible oil-producing plant according to the processing characteristic of rape and sunflower seeds, which is advanced, mature, liable and situated advanced level in the world at the corresponding period.

The latest bio-diesel production technology and Class No.1 equipment in the world will be used in the project. Our bio-diesel production technology has been a special patent in China. Our complete equipment has been put into production for three years. It runs with high efficiency, low production cost and reliable performance.

This project will include three (3) sets of complete production lines which are as follows:

(1) Pre-treatment production line for processing Rape and Sunflower seeds.

(2) Crude oil extracting production line for the cakes of rape and sunflower seeds.

(3) Bio-diesel production line with the crude oil from rape and flower seeds.

In this project design, three (3) working shifts (24 hours) per day are adopted.

The raw material for the project will be rape and sunflower seeds. The finished product will be bio-diesel with out put capacity of 50000 Mt per year. And the by-product is glycerin whose concentration will be 95-99%.
