Description

Our 5TD series fully feed Threshing Machine is maily applied to the threshing of wheat, rice, soybean, peanut, moringa, etc. crops. with the separation of wheat, wheat straw, wheat bran and others. It has advanges of simple structure, safe and reliable, easy maintenance, etc.

Structure and Working Principle

1. Structure

This machines is mainly composed of a feeding machine, rack, concave plate screen, rotary drum, machine cover, the main fan, the secondary cleaning suction fan, motor, or (diesel engine), vibrating screen, traction guide device.

2. Working Principle

The crops fed in from the feed zone are grabbed by the rotating toothed nail, moved around the roller spindle in spiral motion by the force of centrifugation. Under the impact of the toothed nail and rubbing of nails and combing of the concave, the threshed grains fall on the vibration sieve. Due to the vibration, grains fall through the sieves and fall out through second time selection. The chaffs are discharged from the machine, either by being blown by main draught fan or absorbed in the fans. The rest of the crops are on the upper side of the vibration sieve, and removed from the grass discharge from the other side of the rotary drums after being absorbed into the long neck stem of the rotary drums.
