Work Principle

Catalyzed by deoxidation catalyst, the remaining oxygen in nitrogen will act with excessive hydrogen:

2H₂+O₂=2H₂O

The mixture passes cooler and dehydrogenating device. Acted by dehydrogenation catalyst, the excessive hydrogen is removed. Dehydrated profoundly in drying system and filtered in filter, the nitrogen with high purity is got.

2. In-put nitrogen purity can be adjusted among 99.5%-99.9%, and other parameters, such as nitrogen consumption, are adjustable.
