Hydraulic system, controlling system:

1,Main hydraulic parts are originally imported, equipped with advanced controlling system.

2,The main loading flow rate controlling pump, the main valve combining with proportional pressure-reducing valve and computer controlling system, realizing the engine output power are matched with the absorbing power of the hydraulic pump, which decrease the power loss.

3,Automatic speed up and down system, through the computer controlling system the engine will perform the speed up and down function. Once selecting the speed auto idling function, the computer controlling system of the excavator will automatically regulate the engine speed according to the working condition( operating or not), thus decrease the oil consumption and less power loss,

4,Main pump flow controlling system: if not work there, the automatic speed up and down system of the engine will lower the speed, the main pump will decrease the flow and decrease the power consumption to the max.

5,Instantaneous power up system, through the computer controlling system performing secondary supercharging to the main overflow valves, thus improve the charge pressure of the main overflow valves and realizing the power increase by 10%, this function is specially suitable for provisional power charging to the excavator to perform some special work for example encountering very hard rocks.

6,Engine overheating Automatic protection system. The controlling system will monitor the Coolant temperature of the engine cooling system, once the coolant temperature is over the setting temperature, the controller will automatically lower the engine revolution speed, and protect the engine, and make alarm.

7,Automatic machine warming system, the engine is started up, if the controlling system inspects and finds the coolant temperature is too low, the controlling system will automatically increase the revolution speed of the engine to warm the machine.

8,Independent pilot pump and brake pump guarantee good sensitivity and reliable braking ability.

Travel system:

The gear box and driving axle adopt international famous brand, high quality and reliable features, the rear axle is rigid connecting, the front axle( steering axle) adopt hinge connecting style and swing oil cylinder adjusting, which can efficiently improve the adhesive attraction during travelling. It has reliable braking ability; the gear box has automatic lubrication system.

Steering system:

1,The steering devices and pipelines are good layout, easy for maintenance, big torque, feed circuit is smooth, equipped with non-reversing valve, which can realize fast slewing startup, and parking brake is precise
