Main usage

Vacuum feeding system delivers the plastic granule to the hopper. And then the plastic granule goes to extruder where the plastic granule is extruded and heated. It is forced to go through the parison station to be a tube type parison. The parison clamp clips the bottom of the parison to make it air-proof. Blow asepsis air to the plastic parison and the parison and it goes through the forming module. The melting and extruding temperature is from 170 to 230degree centigrade and pressure achieves 350bar. It is proved as the asepsis extrude and ex heating craftwork.
