Description of tank:

1.it is viewed from the top. beer fermenter tank is made up of top inswing manway, CIP spraying ball and arm,pressure relief valve, inlet, spare hole

2.this is viewed from the side. the fermenter tank is composed by 500mm side manway, sample valve, pressure gauge.temperature gauge or PT100, cooling water inlet and outlet.

3.this is view from bottom. fermenter tank is made of racking arm, drain out, leg with adjustable feet.

4. fermenter tank is made of stainless steel 304 or ss316.

we can manufacture various volume from the range of 50L to 10,000l and even larger.

the tank is made of three-layer with dimple jacket for clooing and insulation filled with PU imported from japan.

as to polish, mirror polish for inner shell and satin polish for outer layer.

♣ Head and the inner tank weld detection

1.Air and water to the tank→2.Hold pressure for 12 hours → 3.Spray soapy water in the head and the inner tank of the weld

→4.If leakage, there will be a soap bubble on the head and the inner tank of the weld

♣ Conical bottom and inner tank weld detection

1.Cheer to the insulation layer → 2.Brush soapy water in the tank internal

→3.If leakage, there will be a soap bubble on the Conical bottom and the inner tank of the weld

Maintenance

♣Pressure gauge and relief valve should be checked on a regular basis, such as failing to timely replacement or repair

♣When cleaning the fermentation tanks, scrub with a soft brush, do not scratch with a hard device, so as not to damage the surface of the fermenter

Supporting instrument calibration once a year, in order to ensure that the normal use

♣Electrical, instrumentation, electrical equipment, such as direct contact with the water and steam to prevent moisture

♣Devices to stop when used, should be cleaned in time, ranked best of fermentation tank and the water in the pipeline; remove fermentation tank covers and hand hole screws, prevent permanent deformation of sealing rings.

♣If the fermentation tank does not use temporarily, then must carry on to the fermentation pot disappears spatially, and drains away in the pot and various pipelines excess water
