The coking plant, power plant, smelter, gas station, ductile iron pipe& fittings factory are setted up in our company, every procedure will be assured finished perfect. that are widely used in drinkable water, sewage, irrigation, gas, oil pipeline, as well as food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry production process pipe network.

Description:

1. Material :mainly in 6000 grade ,such as 6063,6061 ,6005etc. other grades up on customers requirement

2. temper: mainly in T5/T6

3. finish :

1)mill finish

2)anodizing :such as silver anodizing ,mat anodizing ,gold anodizing,

3) powder coating (needed to be provide Panton Color No. ,such as RAL9001)

4)polish

5) sand spray

4.packing :

1)each in a poly bag with reasonable pieces into a carton /paper

2) naked with reasonable pieces packed with paper only at two end

3)according to customers packing requirement , design the reasonable packing

5.payment : 30% TT upon placing order and 70% TT when the goods are finished but before shipment or the payment can be 50% upon placing order and balance 50% upon copy B/L .

6.delivery : within one month after the deposit ,

7. sample delivery :three weeks( two weeks for mould +one week making sample ),sample for free, but the freight cost should be paid by you.

8. Manufacture production .

9. it is better we can get your drawing or sample , we mainly make according to your design , and we can keep confidential for your design .
