I. Technical Performance

The performance of the product described in the following text conforms to that made of the high-quality float glass specified by national standards in GB11614-1999 Float Glass.

Note: (1) The thickness of glass should be ≥4MM

(2) Fourside edges of the glass should be ground by diamond wheel until being beveled. No hole or chamfers are allowed.

1. Maximum area of glass sheets array: 4MM - 19MM 1300mm*2550mm

2. Minimum size of glass for processing:150mm*300mm

Maximum size of individual glass sheet for processing:

4mm 900mm×2000mm

5mm 1200mm×2000mm

3. 6-19mm 1200mm×2550mm

Clearance of glass sheets array: longitudinal ≥50mm; transverse ≥20mm

4. Thickness of glass for processing: 4 - 19 mm

5. Maximum area of glass for processing: 3square metre per tempering cycle
