Structure and principle of work

This machine consists of slewing mechanism, cranks link motion gear, dials the coal index mechanism, drift producing coal mechanism, sweeping coal mechanism, output element, insurance mechanism and electric system

1.Slewing mechanism
The main machine is not only the foundation of the whole machine but also the main body of the rotating system. The motor, installing on the motor rack, rotates the belt wheel through V belt to reach rotational speed of 45 r/min for three axles by gear reduction of first axle, second axle and third axle. The crank and connecting rod, fixing on both sides of the three axles, cause the crossbeam along the steering bar high and low reciprocal motion, completes the ramming movement together with the drift organization. Through the 21 tooth bevel gear on the first axle to rotate the vertical shaft dial the wheel axle, they together complete dials the coal and five plate indexing localization work.
2.Cranks link motion gear
The crank, fixing on the both sides of three axles, connects to the crossbeam by the connecting rod and completes the up and down motion of the system. 3.Dials the coal index mechanism

The index mechanism has used V-belt pulley organization, consisting of dials the wheel axle, index gear, dial the wheel machine, dials the fingernail axis, dials the fingernail wrap, five-hole plate.. 4. Drift and producing coal mechanism

5.Sweeping mechanism

6.Output element
It consists of pick-coal frame, producing-coal wheel, producing-coal frame, conveyor belt and it is installed on the frontage of the main machine. The producing-coal wheel, fixed on the third axle, cause the conveyor belt to send the coal on the producing-coal frame out.
7.Insurance mechanism
This consists of the main insurance mechanism and side insurance mechanism. The main insurance mechanism is made of conveyor belt, insurance wrap, safety pin, keep-off lid. The motor sends the power to the first axle through V belt and belt pulley by insurance wrap and safety pin. When there is overload or accidents, the safety pin is cut off, and the belt pulley operates idly, then the first axle stops rotating so as to insure the safety of the whole machine. At the same time, you should verify the reason immediately, clean the trouble and begin to work after change the safety pin. The side insurance mechanism is made of main axle, dial the wheel, dial the wheel seat, and safety pin. Installed above the main machine and under the coal scuttle, when the index mechanism has problem, the safety pin cut off, the vertical axle moves, and dial-wheel machine stop moving so as no to damage other parts. This machine can also adjust the timetable of drift and five-hole plate.
