Our ring die pellet mill mainly used for pressing combustible materials such as sawdust, straw, ago-wastes, grass into pellets.

It adopts professional forced feeder, strengthened transmission parts, dedicated ring die, press roll and hoop.
The machine is usually equipped with 8mm and 10mm ring dies, because the 8mm and 10mm diameters pellets are more favorable for combustion. Ring dies with other bore diameters can also be equipped according to different demands of users.
The machine adopts variable-frequency and variable-speed motor for feeding and is equipped with overload protection device, external discharge mechanism and pressurization oil pump lubrication system.

Remarks: The nature of raw materials feed to the biomass fuel granulator greatly influences the output, for example: the output of saw dust particles of hard wood is obviously lower than the output of saw dust particles of soft wood; the raw materials should not all be powdery. Containing some cellosilk substances, powdery materials are more favorable for particle forming.
