The laminated glass machine and film

This machine can be used to produce laminated architectural glass, tempered glass, bullet-resistant glass, arched glass which sandwiched with real flower/grass, photo,silk, picture and so on. It can process laminated glass with interlayer material such as TPU, new PVB and EVA and this is the first machine in China that can adopt three kinds of film. We also are the biggest manufacturer in producing the TPU film.

The features of our machine

1.Automatical operation: the managing system is PLC controling, all the process are showed though the screen. and if some system has the question, the PLC will alarm and remind you soon.

3.High production yield: the rate can get up to 99% and in 8 hours can produce 5-7 furnace.
