Aluminum hot log shear furnace is auxiliary machine of extrusion press, used for heating long billet and cutting
Billet heating furnace with hot shear is full-automatic, controlled by PLC, operated by touch-screen interface, just need one labor to operate.
Touch screen show all the states of furnace and shear, show the temperature, show the burner state , the fan state. And can calculate the quantity of extrusion billet. Normal maintain or poor contact problem will be showed on touch screen, which makes maintain time saving.

(5). Shear feature:
•The shear can be vertical or horizontal, most of them is vertical. The billet surface is smooth .
after shear:
•The billet is conveyed by manipulator and chain to extrusion press automatically.
•Set the shear length by ruler
•Oil-tank is controlled by Electromagnetic valve
•Oil-tank is non-leak
•There is one automatic lubricating system, can lubricate fully ,so shear is uneasy to attrit; extending the using life of hot shear.
(6). Heating system(energy saving design):
•Burner is BG450,Betone, Sweden
•When burning machine make temperature reach setting temperature, gas valve close automatically, the fire is flamed out automatically and burning machine get out of furnace , the door of furnace is closed automatically, preventing gas from leaking in the furnace chest. When lighting, the door of furnace open, burning machine enter into furnace and light and heat (furnace chest under negative pressure ), in addition burning system is designed on top of furnace chest, hot air circulation design make hot air heat billet , spare hot air pre-heat other billets. Heat fast, low consumption, safe and easy to maintain.
thickness of hot insulation layer is 350mm.
(7). Safe system:
* In order to prevent the furnace pressure too high, because the high furnace pressure could cause deflagration and explosion. We especially design furnace pressure reducing system for this problem. When pressure of furnace is too high, pressure-reducing system will cause the pressure of furnace chest to reduce to negative pressure automatically and the pressure of furnace come to normal state, so it is not easy to deflagrate and explode.
*There is two safety explosion-proof mouth on top of furnace, when furnace chest is subjected to powerful pressure, explosion-proof mouth open automatically.
(8). The design of energy saving:
• 90% sites of hot gas circulation blasting pipe is designed in the wall of furnace chest, which greatly reduces the heating dissipation area; using high –quality cotton insulation and thickening insulation the wall of furnace, which effectively improve energy utilization and energy loss.
• There is fan on top of furnace, can make hot air circulate inside of furnace
• Thickness of hot insulation layer is 350mm.
(9). Short bar transform system:
When the length of long billet (the length is 6000mm) is less than 900mm, it transfers into short billet ( less than 900mm) dealing system automatically, until there is not , then transfers into long billet shearing billet system again.
(10).There is auto lubricating device for shear guide rail, so guide rail is not easy to wear, extend hot shear 's useful life.
